In its 25th annual year handing out Automotive Loyalty awards, IHS Markit recognized both the Ram 1500 and the Chrysler Pacifica. The company honored the vehicles for their unmatched levels of customer loyalty in their segments.
IHS Markit has been awarding automakers with Automotive Loyalty awards for 25 years. To determine which models came out on top this year, the company reviewed 12.4 million new retail vehicle registrations and cross-referenced them with the household’s previously registered vehicles. If a customer had previously purchased from that same manufacturer, this demonstrated customer loyalty.
The Chrysler Pacifica has now been honored with IHS Markit’s Automotive Loyalty award for two consecutive years. This is no surprise, as the family-friendly minivan keeps getting better with an optional hybrid powertrain, available Stow ‘n Go® Seating, and an impressive new Uconnect® system for the 2021 model year.
Even better, the Ram 1500 has earned the Loyalty award over other light-duty pickups for half a decade. Its powerful engines, trailering technology, and massive 12,750-pounds of maximum towing capacity are just some of the reasons why customers keep coming back to the Ram 1500.
